This series is part of the CESA #3 Professional Development Consortium Program. Membership rates apply.

Through the lens of the Common Core State Standards, you’ll learn how to develop students as readers, writers and thinkers in your content area. Focus on closing the academic knowledge gap and customize instructional practices to meet the demands of your discipline.

Statewide Title I Network provides each district two registrations for Title I teachers and Coordinators at a reduced rate of $50 each per event.


CESA 3 Title III Consortium members are entitled to two free registrations and sub reimbursement for any two teachers per event. Call for details.

ELL Consortium Members are: Barneveld, Belmont, Benton, Boscobel, Cassville, Cuba City, Fennimore, Highland, Iowa-Grant, Kickapoo, Lancaster, Platteville, Richland, River Ridge and River Valley.

Professional Development Consortium Members: Level I Membership: Cuba City, Darlington, Iowa-Grant, Ithaca, Lancaster, Pecatonica, Platteville, Potosi, Seneca, Shullsburg, Southwestern and Wauzeka. Level I membership entitles these districts to send three (3) people to all events sponsored by the PD Consortium during 2012-13.

Level II Membership: Dodgeville and Fennimore - Level II membership entitles these districts to send five (5) people to all events sponsored by the PD Consortium during 2012-13.

Cancellation Policy: Should enrollment be insufficient to cover the cost of the event, registered participants will be notified.  Participants must cancel within 48 hours of this event or will be billed.

Participant Cancellation Policy: You must contact CESA #3 at least one week prior to the scheduled event to cancel and receive a full refund of your registration fee. Cancellations not received at least one week prior to the registered event will be charged the full registration fee. CESA #3 reserves the right to cancel any workshop due to insufficient enrollment. Participants will be notified by e-mail or phone if a workshop is cancelled. If a participant is a 'no show' the school will be billed for the registration fee, or loss of the 'free' attendance slot. Accommodations: If you need an accommodation to participate including interpreter services (sign language or other spoken language) please email the workshop contact to set up these services. A two-week notice is appreciated. CESA #3 is handicapped accessible.
