You must attend all three sessions for credit.
Implementing professional learning community concepts and practices forces everyone in a school district to think and act in different ways. The reculturing of schools to improve student learning is hard work; it requires leadership behaviors that motivate and inspire others to do things collectively that perhaps they never thought possible. This series of three workshops is aimed at district administrative teams (Superintendant, C & I, Pupil Services, Principals, etc.) involved in leading the effort to implement PLCs. The format will provide an opportunity for facilitated learning, collaborative dialogue with leaders from other districts, and time for each district team to plan its own next steps.
$225.00/person
Registration begins at 8:30 am
Workshop Time: 9:00 am - 12:00 pm

Participant Cancellation Policy:
You must contact CESA 4 to cancel attendance one week prior to the scheduled event unless otherwise stated in the individual event details. CESA 4 will only provide full refund of registration fees depending on individual circumstances. Refunds depend upon the ability of CESA 4 to cancel any financial obligations created by the registration such as meals, materials, etc. CESA 4 reserves the right to cancel any workshop due to insufficient enrollment. Participants will be notified by e-mail or phone if a workshop is cancelled. If a participant is a 'no show' the school will be billed for the registration fee, or loss of the 'free' attendance slot.
Dietary Restrictions:
Because of the number of meals served, number of ingredients used, and food product changes from vendors, we cannot guarantee dietary restrictions as indicated in a user's myQuickReg profile will be accommodated. Participants with dietary restrictions such as food allergies should plan to bring their own refreshments.
Weather Conditions:
If a workshop has been cancelled due to weather conditions, every effort will be made to reschedule the workshop. If weather conditions are questionable, please call CESA 4 Voice Mail at (608) 786-4800; Toll Free (800) 514-3075. A message will be posted regarding workshop weather cancellations.
Additional Accommodations:
If you need an accommodation to participate including interpreter services (sign language or other spoken language) please email the workshop contact to set up these services. A two-week notice is appreciated.
