How well are you telling your school district’s story?  Do you feel you have created a meaningful and engaging brand for your schools?  With all of the initiatives being implemented, we sometimes forget how to tell our story and to engage, motivate and empower our staff, students, parents and community stakeholders in what we do.  Now, that we are in year 3 of ACP implementation stateside, it is time to look at our how we are marketing all we do in our schools including Academic and Career Planning, dual credit opportunities, co-curricular activities beyond athletics, Career Based Learning Experiences (CBLEs), Industry Recognized Credentials (IRCs), Work Based Learning (WBL), Social Emotional Learning, Soft Skill Development, Mental Health Services, etc.  You will develop a strategic plan for developing your brand, recognizing student and staff successes, honoring your business partnerships, and putting the truth in advertising that ALL means ALLthrough the use of data and a readiness lens.  All of which you can use to tell your District’s Story to Administration, School Board Members, Business Partners, Staff, Students, Parents, and Community Stakeholders.
