Administrators, You Too Can Use an Interactive Whiteboard!
Description:
Do you want to use the same interactive tool in your meetings that your teachers and students are using? Join us to learn the basics of the Promethean and SMARTBoard interactive whiteboards. We will explore a variety of interactive tools and software that each interactive board has to offer. We will also brainstorm how you can incorporate this tool into your administrative duties.
In this workshop you will:
* Learn the basics of Promethean and SMARTBoard interactive whiteboards.
* Have time to explore the interactive tools and software of each board.
* Gain ideas on how you can use the boards in your position.
** Please bring a portable computer with wireless Internet capability.
CESA 5 registration fee: $ 30
** Registration fees waived for eadministrators who register by Thursday October 1st from full-service ITSS districts: Adams-Friendship, Columbus, Montello, New Lisbon, Pardeeville, Portage, Poynette, Randolph, Rio, Rosholt, Wisconsin Dells.
Registration deadline is Thursday, October 8, 2009. Please submit purchase order or check to Janet Gaber, CESA 5, P.O.Box 564, Portage, WI 53901, within two weeks of registering for the class. Lunch is included. Please contact Janet with any dietary concerns. Thank you!
