Arrival/Check In: 10:00 a.m.

Presentations: 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

Lunch: 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. (Please Note: All mini-grantees who attend will be treated to lunch including students and the attending adult(s))

Location: CESA 5 Office, 626 E. Slifer St., Portage

As the school year ends, we hope your students are planning for the presentation of their project at the annual Celebration Share Shop. This year the mini-grant presentations will again be incorporated into the CESA 5 Safe & Drug Free Youth Network Meeting. The network meeting is from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. We will showcase the Student ATOD mini-grants from the CESA 5 Region between 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., followed by lunch. You will need to select 4 students to represent the group. The exception is if the students are doing a peer drama skit; then bring however many are needed for the skit.

Your team will have 10 minutes to give a presentation on your project. The presentation could include a poster, PowerPoint, scrapbook, display or some other interesting and visual way to highlight your program.  PowerPoint presentations need to be e-mailed to us by May 3 or brought on a CD/flash drive. We will have a laptop and LCD projector set up for your use. The group will be presenting to other youth and ATOD Coordinators from the CESA 5 region. If your group will be doing a skit, please let us know so we can schedule accordingly.

PLEASE NOTE: If you are not bringing a group of students but are interested in attending either the Celebration Share Shop or the ATOD Regional Network Meeting, please email Andrea Schneiter at schneitera@cesa5.org.  Indicate if you are staying for lunch and which event(s) you are attending.

Cancellation Policy: Registered participants will receive a full refund if they cancel before 10 working days before an event, minus any material costs that have already been incurred. Because of our commitment to the trainer and the food vendor, participants who cancel less than 10 working days or do not attend, will be billed the full fee. CESA 5 reserves the right to cancel any event. Registered participants will be notified via email if a cancellation occurs and will receive a full refund. Inclement weather policy: Every effort will be made to hold an event. CESA 5 will notify participants via email as soon as possible if an event has been canceled due to weather conditions.
