For all evaluators utilizing the CESA 6 Educator Effectiveness Model.
The intended outcome for these one-day sessions is that attendees complete a calibration for certification to evaluate for 2014-15 through 2017-18.
The morning will include some guided practice and discussion time utilizing a practice plan. The remainder of the morning will provide time for completion of a second practice plan. The afternoon time is provided for each attendee to utilize a calibration plan to complete calibration.
Two completed practice plans are required prior to release of the calibration plan.
Cost of attendance includes lunch, materials and expectation of full-day attendance to accomplish a calibration plan. District Teams are encouraged to attend.
Laptops will be available; however, it is best if you bring your own.
Please bring earbuds or headphones as they are needed for the calibration.
Cost: $125/person
