During the first day, we will review the Educator Effectiveness Project evaluation process and handbook for the evaluation of PK-12 teachers.  Participants will walk through the teacher evaluation process including an overview of the system, a look at the Performance Standards ands Performance Indicators, as well as the data sources used in the evaluation process.  The second day training session will focus on the documentation of evidence process for classroom teachers using video vignettes of teachers.  The second part of the day will include the process used for evaluating education al specialists in school districts.
