Universal Design for Learning (UDL) provides a framework to help you sort through the 100’s of apps and extensions for iPads and Chrome users to help you select the best possible ones to provide all of your students with successful experiences in learning, communication and engagement with the curriculum.

Presented by Dan Herlihy, Connective Technology Solutions, Inc. - Dan is a national conference presenter on topics ranging from Creating Access on the Fly, Working with High & Low Incidence Disabilities, Creating Access to the Arts,  and more. His expertise is in taking diverse technologies and connecting them together to provide solutions for access.

Learn how to apply that framework with apps and extensions that can be utilized across all subjects throughout the school experience. Examples will include visual supports, integration with Interactive White Boards, assessment tools, homework supports, switch accessibility and more to provide all learners with multiple means of engagement, access to the curriculum, and to communicate what they have learned!

Features of this session include: discovering/downloading new apps, extensions and hardware solutions that enhance interaction with projectors, broadcasting document camera images to iPad screens, distributing files, broadcasting sound and much more.
