4 ½ Day workshops scheduled for September 27, 2014, November 1, 2014, January 24, 2015 and April 25, 2015
The first day participants will set goals for the up-coming year and define their steps for implementation of structures to help students develop the daily habits of independent literacy. Debbie Diller's Literacy Work Stations, The Daily 5 and CAFÉ written by Gail Bushey and Joan Moser, and guided reading practices will be referenced throughout this year-long professional conversation. Selected readings and websites will be part of the discussions. Participants will share their classroom practices, challenges, and successes over the course of the year. In April participants share resources, celebrate their colleagues achievements, evaluate their professional development over the year and set goals for the future.
***Participants maybe eligible to receive 1 graduate credit by attending all four workshops

Any registration cancellation must be received by the registration deadline date stated on the event for a refund to be issued. Persons registering and not in attendance on the day of the session will be charged the full registration fee (substitutions are accepted).
