EP Implementation Planning (CESA 6) Oshkosh

Implementing the Effectiveness Project requirements with fidelity takes time. By being efficient with your planning, it can take less time than you might think. This workshop lays out the nuts and bolts of EP so that your administrative team can head back to your district with not only the focus needed for successful implementation but how to properly monitor it and develop the needed efficacy in staff. Attending administrative teams will learn about ways that successful districts have already implemented EP with professional development, calendar considerations, liaison utilization, EPIC selection and training as well as managing the weekly and monthly scheduling of administrators.

Cancellation Policy:

Any registration cancellation must be received at least 8 business days before event in order for a full conference fee refund to be issued (full refunds do not include service fees. Service fees are nonrefundable).Registration cancellations received 1-7 business days before an event, a refund, minus $50 for each participant, will be issued. Persons who are registered, but not in attendance on the day of the session ("no call, no show") will be charged the full registration fee. CESA 6 reserves the right to cancel any session due to insufficient enrollment. Participants will be notified by email if a cancellation occurs.
