Evaluators of principals/administrators will reinforce their summative decision-making skills by incorporating the use of the online evaluator certification tool, MyLearningPlan. Participants will also learn how to use the MYLearningPlanOASYS electronic tool for observations, artifacts, survey data, pre and post observation conference, and the summative evaluation. Training will be provided on scheduling and completing the process for principals/administrators.

Learning Outcome:

Participants will learn about the requirements for implementation in the 2014-15 school year.
Participants will learn about and practice using the electronic tool MyLearningPlanOASYS to schedule and house all evaluation data.
