 The training will be at the Sun Prairie High School in the LMC area. Everyone can park in the main parking lot by the main entrance which is actually on the side of the building. The door, which will be open from 8am-4pm, is located there as well. It will be labeled as door #1.

Step 3: EEP Process Training --Required one-day training for all evaluators, with the option of one teacher representative attending from each district.

 
This EEP Process Training is to be completed face-to-face. Training will be done using a Toolkit provided by the DPI and can be completed after the overview in Step 2.  CESAs will offer this training face-to-face but districts can opt to do this training as well, but it too must be face-to-face. (see DPI link-for more info-- Training Implementation Timeline )
 
The content of the agenda is still to be determined by DPI.
 
The timeline for completion is from April-August, 2014. CESA #2 will conduct its one day trainings on the following dates and locations:
May12 - Wilmot UHS
June 19 - Sun Prairie SD
June 24 - CESA 2 - Whitewater
August 4 - Monona Grove SD
August 18 - CESA 2 - Whitewater
**Please note that you need attend only ONE of the dates.

It must be completed prior to September 2014, before use of the Deep Dive Modules outlined in Step 4.  (See link above for more info on Step 4.)
 
Cost: $25--there is no cost for this workshop except for lunch.

Cancellation Policy: Registered participants will receive a refund if they cancel prior to 3 working days before an event, minus any material costs that have already been incurred. Cancellations must either be made on MyQuickReg or by emailing cancel@cesa2.org. Because of our commitment to the presenter and the food vendor, participants who cancel less than 3 working days prior to the event or who do not attend the event, will be billed the full fee. CESA 2 reserves the right to cancel any event. Registered participants will be notified via phone and email if a cancellation occurs and will receive a full refund. 

Inclement Weather Policy: Every effort will be made to hold an event. CESA 2 will notify participants via email as soon as possible if an event has been cancelled due to weather conditions.

In-Person Events: Restrictions on our in-person events due to COVID-19 have been lifted. We will be responsive to what's happening within our communities, and guidelines from the CDC and local health agencies for future offerings and will update guidelines when necessary.
