Online Registration closes at the end of the day on April 18, 2014. After this date individuals must register in person at the Summit on April 24, 2014 as a walk-in registrant. Walk-in payment forms are cash and check only.

Student Registration $50 (must provide valid student ID on conference date)

Summit Refund Policy:
All cancellations prior to April 16, 2014 will be given a full refund.
Cancellations received after April 16, 2014 will be refunded minus a $25 administrative charge.

- Individual summit registrants must contact the hotel and reference room block.
