This workshop is a midpoint check in the system after a few months of use. Evaluators of principals and other administrators will receive training on the requirements needed to evaluate their administrative team using MLP/OASYS. This training allows evaluators to calibrate within their districts.

Learning Outcomes:
1. Evaluators will learn to give formative feedback that is useful and specific for the administrators they evaluate.
2. Learn about the online training and certification platform, My Learning Plan, Elevate.
