Using Apple Product Across Curriculum - Local Talent

 

This month's local talent features Lawrence, a Library Media Specialist at Baraboo High School. He is presenting a workshop showcasing the use of Apple products across curriculum.  

Explore using Apple software on computers, iPods, and iPads. See how Lawrence has successfully used these tools in a range of different ways to engage students in learning and self-motivated exploration at Baraboo High School. Learn how to create engaging videos using Garage Band, Keynote, and iMovie. Come learn how to implement these tools at your school!

 
Suggested Audience:
- Middle and High School Teachers
- Library and Tech Specialists
- Anyone looking to learn how Apple works with curriculum

Supplies Needed:
- Laptop or Apple devices: iPad, iPod, MacBook - with Garage Band, Keynote and iMovie
- Apple ID (check with your IT if unsure)

Cost is $25 per participant for ITSS Districts* and $125 per participant for non ITSS Districts

Cancellation Policy: Registered participants will receive a full refund if they cancel before 10 working days before an event, minus any material costs that have already been incurred. Because of our commitment to the trainer and the food vendor, participants who cancel less than 10 working days or do not attend, will be billed the full fee. CESA 5 reserves the right to cancel any event. Registered participants will be notified via email if a cancellation occurs and will receive a full refund. Inclement weather policy: Every effort will be made to hold an event. CESA 5 will notify participants via email as soon as possible if an event has been canceled due to weather conditions.
