Google Forms in Action - Local Talent

Have you ever taken a Google Survey and thought that was “cool”???  Are you trying to find the time to integrate Google Forms into your daily routine???  Has your school “gone Google” and you know the basics and want to branch out into Forms?  
Have you ever heard of FLUBAROO and wonder what that was???

If you answered YES to any of these questions, this workshop is for you.

This month's local talent features Dawn, a math teacher at Tri-County Area School District. She is presenting an exciting and educational workshop featuring the benefits of using Google Forms in the classroom.

See how a local teacher uses Google Forms in the classroom. She will demonstrate the how to’s of Google Forms by starting basic and end by inserting video into the surveys. Participants are en-couraged to bring along material to create a subject specific form to use with their students. Dawn will show examples of forms being used at her school and right in her own classroom.

-Offering Quizzes using Google
-Add videos into surveys
-Incorporate Forms into your school and classroom

- Middle and High School Teachers
- Teacher Aids
- Anyone looking to learn how Google Sites works in a classroom setting

Supplies Needed:
- Laptop or Chromebook
- Google Account (check with your IT if unsure)

Cost is $25 per participant for ITSS Districts* and $125 per participant for non ITSS Districts

Cancellation Policy: Registered participants will receive a full refund if they cancel before 10 working days before an event, minus any material costs that have already been incurred. Because of our commitment to the trainer and the food vendor, participants who cancel less than 10 working days or do not attend, will be billed the full fee. CESA 5 reserves the right to cancel any event. Registered participants will be notified via email if a cancellation occurs and will receive a full refund. Inclement weather policy: Every effort will be made to hold an event. CESA 5 will notify participants via email as soon as possible if an event has been canceled due to weather conditions.
