This workshop is a midpiont check in the system after a few months of use.  Are evaluators giving formative feedback that is useful and specific to teachers and educational specialists?  What format should this feedback contain?  Are evaluators using phrases such as "as evidenced by" or "observed through"?  This allows evaluators to calibrate within the district as well.

Learning Outcomes:

1.  Determine what areas of the Effectiveness Project are Working well and what areas need support.

2.  Learn about MyLearningPlan Elevate, the online training and certification platform and requirements for 2014-15.

3.  Network with other districts who are implementing the Effectiveness Project Pilot.
