Dear Colleagues:

1) Please do not pay attention to the registration closure above. As soon as we are at or nearly exceed 250 students, we will remove the hyperlink that took you to this myquickreg.com site.

2) There are three ways that you can get the registration form back to me, Tom Martin. The first is to take the "online registration form", complete it and then create a pdf to email back to me at tmartin@cesa3.k12.wi.us. The second is to fax the form to me at 608-822-3828 to my attention. The third would be to complete the form, print a hard copy and then send it on the CESA #3 van to my attention.

3) In the second and third cases, please send me an email that you are either faxing or sending hard copy to me as well as the number of students you plan to have attend. This will provide me with a count and once I am at that 250 student plateau, I will have my administrative assistant remove the link, ending registration.

Participant Cancellation Policy: You must contact CESA #3 at least one week prior to the scheduled event to cancel and receive a full refund of your registration fee. Cancellations not received at least one week prior to the registered event will be charged the full registration fee. CESA #3 reserves the right to cancel any workshop due to insufficient enrollment. Participants will be notified by e-mail or phone if a workshop is cancelled. If a participant is a 'no show' the school will be billed for the registration fee, or loss of the 'free' attendance slot. Accommodations: If you need an accommodation to participate including interpreter services (sign language or other spoken language) please email the workshop contact to set up these services. A two-week notice is appreciated. CESA #3 is handicapped accessible.
