Coordinated Service Teams Presentation

This four-hour workshop will focus on Coordinated Service Teams, and creating that process. Jodee Liedtke will share information on "why" a coordinated team process is important for families, systems, and communities. She will review the service team process of engaging families, facilitating, developing plans, and transitioning to long term family and community support.
 
Presenter: Jodee Liedtke is a licensed clinical social worker working as a consultant on integrated systems of care for high risk children and youth since 1997. Currently she is working on Collaborative Teaming Projects in Wisconsin and New York State.
 
Audience: Educators, Community Staff, Parents/Guardians who support children with coordinated services
