"Parts of the Puzzle":  Transition Seminar for Parents and High School Studetns for Planning Life Beyond High School

Dave Nass, CESA 8 Transition Support, will present two topics related to life after high school.  One will define what transition looks like for students with a disability having an IEP (Individual Learning Plan)-components behind the paper document.  The other will examine the preparedness of the individual student to carry out their plan personally.  Hopefully, if technology is not impaired, at least two web resources will be examined (hands on - bring a wireless device if you have it).  If you don't, I am seeking to provide a few to use here.  You will have time to visit transition resources from Wisconsin and ask questions relating to your own circumstance up tp 7:30 pm.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Any registration cancellation must be received 7 days prior to the scheduled date to receive a refund or avoid invoicing. CESA 8 will only provide full refund of registration fees depending on individual circumstances. Refunds depend upon the ability of CESA 8 to cancel any financial obligations created by the registration such as meals, materials, etc. Registered participants not in attendance on the day of the session will be charged the full registration fee.
