PDP-Annual Update

 You have written your PDP goal and it has been approved by your review team. So what is my next step?...

Each year you will need to update your annual review and make sure your evidence is up-to-date. It is important that all PDPs are updated annually so that you will be ready for verification in the year your license expires. In addition, teachers should update their evidence sources to make sure they are collecting the right documentation for their PDP evidence.

Since PDP evidence will include student data, we will show you how to access charts and graphs from Blue Star, WISEdash, and MDAT. These tools will provide you access to student assessment results that you may want to have for updating your evidence. Please bring your WAMS id and ask your district administrator to give your access to these reporting tools for your building.

Cancellation Policy: Registered participants will receive a full refund if they cancel before 10 working days before an event, minus any material costs that have already been incurred. Because of our commitment to the trainer and the food vendor, participants who cancel less than 10 working days or do not attend, will be billed the full fee. CESA 5 reserves the right to cancel any event. Registered participants will be notified via email if a cancellation occurs and will receive a full refund. Inclement weather policy: Every effort will be made to hold an event. CESA 5 will notify participants via email as soon as possible if an event has been canceled due to weather conditions.
