Target Audience:
School and district administrators in the Educator Effectiveness System who DID NOT go through the DPI 3-day training last spring.
Workshop Description:
This workshop is designed to provide an orientation to the DPI Educator Effectiveness System for school and district administrators who not a part of the official full-pilot. Our goal for the day is for you to leave feeling like you have a solid understanding of the EE System and to provide you with an assortment of tools/resources you can use throughout the rest of the year to build understanding with staff. (Please note that this IS NOT an official DPI training and that one of those will be offered in the spring at no charge.)
Focus:
DPI Educator Effectiveness Model
This training is offered at a cost of $25 per participant for districts that have purchased project #250, Educator Effectiveness for the 2013-2014 contract year: Alma, Alma Center-Humbird-Merrillan, Arcadia, Bangor, Black River Falls, Cashton, GET, Holmen, NOW, Sparta, Tomah, and Whitehall. Non-member districts will be charged $150 per participant.
Participant Cancellation Policy:
You must contact CESA 4 to cancel attendance one week prior to the scheduled event unless otherwise stated in the individual event details. CESA 4 will only provide full refund of registration fees depending on individual circumstances. Refunds depend upon the ability of CESA 4 to cancel any financial obligations created by the registration such as meals, materials, etc. CESA 4 reserves the right to cancel any workshop due to insufficient enrollment. Participants will be notified by e-mail or phone if a workshop is cancelled. If a participant is a 'no show' the school will be billed for the registration fee, or loss of the 'free' attendance slot.
Dietary Restrictions:
Because of the number of meals served, number of ingredients used, and food product changes from vendors, we cannot guarantee dietary restrictions as indicated in a user's myQuickReg profile will be accommodated. Participants with dietary restrictions such as food allergies should plan to bring their own refreshments.
Weather Conditions:
If a workshop has been cancelled due to weather conditions, every effort will be made to reschedule the workshop. If weather conditions are questionable, please call CESA 4 Voice Mail at (608) 786-4800; Toll Free (800) 514-3075. A message will be posted regarding workshop weather cancellations.
Additional Accommodations:
