CANCELLED--Small School ELL Programming: Best Practices for Supporting the Progress of ELL Students

What does ELL programming look like in a small school that doesn't have ELL staffing?  From the time an ELL student registers to the time an ELL student exits an ELL program, what are the best structures to have in place?  How do you evaluate your program to find the missing pieces?

Join Melissa Moe, Title III and ELL Coordinator for CESA 11, as she shares a variety of approaches to these questions.  The day will be centered on needs assessments, systems approaches and delineating the strengths of your programs and creating your next steps for your district.

This workshop is designed for teams from districts that oversee ELL programming, including Title III coordinators, curriculum directors, ELL teachers, reading specialists and principals - whoever is responsible for supporting the programming for ELL students in the district.

This workshop is free for CESA #2 Title III Consortium member districts*;
all other districts, the cost is $25. Includes lunch.

* Title III Consortium Member Districts:  Albany, Belleville, Beloit Turner, Bristol #1, Brodhead, Clinton Community, Deerfield Community, Linn Jt #4, Monticello, Mount Horeb, Paris Jt. #1, Salem, Trevor-Wilmot Consolidated, Twin Lakes #4, Union Grove Jt. #1, Waterford UHS
