The CESA 5 Technology Coordinators’ Network is a series of three meetings designed to provide updates on regional, state, and federal initiatives and opportunities to network and share challenges, successes, and questions with colleagues.  Participation in the network will also include advance notices of professional development opportunities for staff and other information of interest to technology coordinators and technology integrators.  Network registration fees for the year will be $90. Registration fees are waived for districts contracting for the CESA 5 ITSS services.

  2. What impact has installing projectors and SmartBoards had on cable distribution?
  3. Are schools using VOD (video on demand servers) to capture and present video content?
  4. Are there solutions that provide content streaming (such as United Steaming), cable distribution, and VOD all in one product?

Cancellation Policy: Registered participants will receive a full refund if they cancel before 10 working days before an event, minus any material costs that have already been incurred. Because of our commitment to the trainer and the food vendor, participants who cancel less than 10 working days or do not attend, will be billed the full fee. CESA 5 reserves the right to cancel any event. Registered participants will be notified via email if a cancellation occurs and will receive a full refund. Inclement weather policy: Every effort will be made to hold an event. CESA 5 will notify participants via email as soon as possible if an event has been canceled due to weather conditions.
