Teaching and Learning with Mobile Devices X

This class is for teachers at Dodgevile school district.  Cost will be $200 (includes price for 1 credit from Viterbo) or $90 to audit the class - with no credit.  This class will be held on Saturday January 12 and Saturday February 2 from 8:30 - 4:00.

Participants in this two-day workshop will select a mobile device (ipad ) They will become familiar with how this device works. They will write a classroom management policy for using a classroom set of these devices. This will include any logins necessary for using the device, backup and charging of the device, method of update, repair and troubleshooting, when and how students use them. They will then explore the standards of their curricular area and develop a project-based lesson that includes the use of this device.

Participant Cancellation Policy: You must contact CESA #3 at least one week prior to the scheduled event to cancel and receive a full refund of your registration fee. Cancellations not received at least one week prior to the registered event will be charged the full registration fee. CESA #3 reserves the right to cancel any workshop due to insufficient enrollment. Participants will be notified by e-mail or phone if a workshop is cancelled. If a participant is a 'no show' the school will be billed for the registration fee, or loss of the 'free' attendance slot.
