This workshop is open to the following school districts: Ashland, Bayfield, Butternut, Chequamegon, Drummond, Hayward, Hurley, Maple, Northwood, Phillips, Solon Springs, and Superior.

Objectives:
• To discuss the significance of and strategies for improving child outcomes data quality
• To look at state, CESA and District data patterns as one mechanism for checking data quality

Who Should Attend? Staff responsible for making decisions about the Indicator 7 Child Outcomes processes within your district. This may include your special education director, early childhood program support teacher, lead early childhood teacher(s), lead speech/language staff, school psych.

Data patterns that will be discussed include:
• State/CESA/District entry rating distribution
• Statewide entry rating distribution by race/ethnicity
• CESA/District entry rating distribution by eligibility determination
• CESA entry rating comparison of Outcomes 1 and 2; 1 and 3; 2 and 3
• Statewide exit rating distribution from 2011-2012
• State/CESA/District Progress Categories for 2011-2012

Please register by January 8, 2013 so that your district's data report can be prepared.

Cancellation Policy:

Any registration cancellation must be received by the registration deadline date stated on the event for a refund to be issued. Persons registering and not in attendance on the day of the session will be charged the full registration fee (substitutions are accepted). CESA 12 reserves the right to cancel any session due to insufficient enrollment. Participants will be notified by email or phone if a cancellation occurs.
