Youth Max: Team Youth Leadership Event X

Based on the teachings of best-selling author Dr. John Maxwell, this training uses materials from his best-selling books “Becoming a Person of Influence” & “Everyone Communicates, Few Connect.

Students will:
* learn communication techniques to build relationships & network
* discuss the 5 levels of leadership
* determine their leadership style
* take the REAL COLORS assessment to determine how they work with others
* participate in influence activities
* participate in team building activities
* develop action planning skills and create goals for the school year.

Cost to attend is $15 for member districts and $30 for non-member districts.

Lisa Schaefer holds a Masters Degree in Community and School Counseling and is a certified School Counselor. She has been offering leadership trainings since 2002.

Cancellation Policy: Should enrollment be insufficient to cover the cost of the event, registered participants will be notified.
Participants must cancel within 48 hours of this event or will be billed.

Participant Cancellation Policy: You must contact CESA #3 at least one week prior to the scheduled event to cancel and receive a full refund of your registration fee. Cancellations not received at least one week prior to the registered event will be charged the full registration fee. CESA #3 reserves the right to cancel any workshop due to insufficient enrollment. Participants will be notified by e-mail or phone if a workshop is cancelled. If a participant is a 'no show' the school will be billed for the registration fee, or loss of the 'free' attendance slot. Accommodations: If you need an accommodation to participate including interpreter services (sign language or other spoken language) please email the workshop contact to set up these services. A two-week notice is appreciated. CESA #3 is handicapped accessible.
