Audience: Individuals and/or teams that have either started PBIS training but did not complete, OR teams trained several years ago and have been working at reaching fidelity and are wanting technical assistance prior to starting Tier II training.
Prerequisite: Member of a PBIS School Building Team
This session is intended to prepare building teams who were either: a) not formally trained in Tier I PBIS, or b)were trained in a PBIS Model other than the National model used through Illinois or Wisconsin PBIS Networks, and/or c) teams who are working toward fidelity of their universal systems and who wish to participate in a system review to prepare for Tier II training sequence. Additionally, this session would benefit teams who previously completed U300 technical assistance a year or more ago, but who held off on Tier II training for any reason. This session will review critical elements necessary to have a sustainable universal system that will support the initial stages of Tier II implementation.
Please bring: Building fidelity data from BoQ, SAS or TIC, building discipline data, end of year reports and related PBIS artifacts with them.
Objectives: The session will review criticized elements of a PBIS team moving from Tier I to Tier 2. System needs of your PBIS building team will be reviewed with technical assistance specific to your PBIS building team given in the afternoon of the training.
Cost: $150.00 per person (Includes lunch and handouts). If your district has more than 4 "new" PBIS team members, you can send 5 people for $600.00
Participant Cancellation Policy:
You must contact CESA 4 to cancel attendance one week prior to the scheduled event unless otherwise stated in the individual event details. CESA 4 will only provide full refund of registration fees depending on individual circumstances. Refunds depend upon the ability of CESA 4 to cancel any financial obligations created by the registration such as meals, materials, etc. CESA 4 reserves the right to cancel any workshop due to insufficient enrollment. Participants will be notified by e-mail or phone if a workshop is cancelled. If a participant is a 'no show' the school will be billed for the registration fee, or loss of the 'free' attendance slot.
Dietary Restrictions:
Because of the number of meals served, number of ingredients used, and food product changes from vendors, we cannot guarantee dietary restrictions as indicated in a user's myQuickReg profile will be accommodated. Participants with dietary restrictions such as food allergies should plan to bring their own refreshments.
Weather Conditions:
If a workshop has been cancelled due to weather conditions, every effort will be made to reschedule the workshop. If weather conditions are questionable, please call CESA 4 Voice Mail at (608) 786-4800; Toll Free (800) 514-3075. A message will be posted regarding workshop weather cancellations.
Additional Accommodations:
