This full day training is intended to inform school personnel how to implement Effective Practices for DPI's new IEP: (PTP) Postsecondary Transition Plan application and explore a variety of new transition resources. The PTP application includes a multitude of resources that can be utilized when creating a high quality transition plan. This training is not a "how to use" the PTP application. Online training modules on how to use the PTP application can be found on DPI's website at http://dpi.wi.gov/sped/spp-transition.html and can be completed at your own pace. In addition, this training will preview and highlight the new and improved WSTI website and the new Transition Resources for Youth (TR4Y) website. Trainer will also highlight new tools for families and youth. This training has been developed in collaboration with DPI and WSTI.

Cancellation Policy:

Any registration cancellation must be received by the registration deadline date stated on the event for a refund to be issued. Persons registering and not in attendance on the day of the session will be charged the full registration fee (substitutions are accepted). CESA 12 reserves the right to cancel any session due to insufficient enrollment. Participants will be notified by email or phone if a cancellation occurs.

Weather conditions:
