A Real Colors workshop offers essential tools that can help participants meet challenges and achieve successful relationships with people you interact with on a daily basis.
In a Real Colors workshop, participants will:
- Discover personal strengths while recognizing the strengthsof others
- Acquire skills to communicate more effectively
- Learn to appreciate and value the viewpoints of others
- Discover the different ways individuals process information
- Learn how to build instant rapport with people
- Learn successful methods of speaking to different people
- Opportunities to experience and/or practice colors other than their own
The Real Colors Personality Instrument is a simple, intuitive system for identifying the four temperaments (Blue, Gold, Green, or Orange). It is one of the most widely used temperament tools available today and provides a hands-on practical way to think about and interact with people through a temperament lens. The workshop is presented in a fast, fun, interactive format where participants learn how to quickly identify their own temperament or “color” and that of others. Using this powerful knowledge, they can develop more effective communication skills, build better relationships, and discover their own personal strengths.
Cost: $75.00 (includes lunch, refreshments, and a workbook)

Participant Cancellation Policy:
You must contact CESA 4 to cancel attendance one week prior to the scheduled event unless otherwise stated in the individual event details. CESA 4 will only provide full refund of registration fees depending on individual circumstances. Refunds depend upon the ability of CESA 4 to cancel any financial obligations created by the registration such as meals, materials, etc. CESA 4 reserves the right to cancel any workshop due to insufficient enrollment. Participants will be notified by e-mail or phone if a workshop is cancelled. If a participant is a 'no show' the school will be billed for the registration fee, or loss of the 'free' attendance slot.
Dietary Restrictions:
Because of the number of meals served, number of ingredients used, and food product changes from vendors, we cannot guarantee dietary restrictions as indicated in a user's myQuickReg profile will be accommodated. Participants with dietary restrictions such as food allergies should plan to bring their own refreshments.
Weather Conditions:
If a workshop has been cancelled due to weather conditions, every effort will be made to reschedule the workshop. If weather conditions are questionable, please call CESA 4 Voice Mail at (608) 786-4800; Toll Free (800) 514-3075. A message will be posted regarding workshop weather cancellations.
Additional Accommodations:
If you need an accommodation to participate including interpreter services (sign language or other spoken language) please email the workshop contact to set up these services. A two-week notice is appreciated.
