The focus will be on curriculum and activities that will enrich your class, as well as, be developmentally aligned with students’ age. Special considerations and ideas will be discussed for ADHD, autistic, and hyperactive kids. Creative ways to incorporate movement into activities and assist teachers in identifying students that may need more movement to increase classroom performance, attention, and engagement. Review of developmental abilities at certain age/grade levels along with recognizing and understanding attention/engagement. Please come with ideas and curriculum material/activities that you would like to discuss and be creative with during the interactive discussion/planning portion of the workshop.

Target Audience: 4K-5th Grade Regular Elementary Education Teachers, Elementary Special Education Teachers, and Occupational Therapists
