Senate Bill 154 has been passed in the Senate and is now awaiting confirmation in the Assembly. It is expected to be adopted in this session and will require all school districts to adopt a bullying policy byAugust 2010. Many districts have policies regarding sexual harassment but not bullying. Because of the time that it takes to get a policy through, and because every school district needs to have a policy on bullying, we are offering this workshop to assist schools in addressing this important topic.
