Registration Notes:

  • Registration for the Pre-Conference dates are online only.
  • Register for 1 Pre-Conference option only.
  • Needs Assessment NEW DISTRICTS: The CREATE Pre-Conference Needs Assessment is mandatory for districts newly identified during the 2012-13 school year.
  • Needs Assessment CONTINUING DISTRICTS: Attendance at the CREATE Pre-Conference Needs Assessment is OPTIONAL for identified districts that have previously attended the Needs Assessment conference. Contact Mary Kampa for additional details.
  • District teams may only register for 1 Pre-Conference option, but districts may send multiple teams (e.g. one to Beyond Diversity II and another to the Needs Assessment).
  • Participation in the CREATE Pre-Conference Needs Assessment process is available to any district. If you would like to attend the Needs Assessment Pre-Conference but are not an identified district, please contact Mary Kampa.

Registration Cost:

  • There is no registration fee to attend the Pre-Conference options.

Reservation Fees:


$70 - single

$80 - double

 

Reservation Notes:


•The room block for the CREATE Conference will be held until April12, 2013.
•CREATE Wisconsin does not make room reservations, individual registrants must contact the hotel and reference the CREATE Conference room block.
•Hotel reservations are an additional fee and are not covered in the CREATE Conference fee.
•Attendees must submit proof of tax exemption upon check-in on site.
•Refer to CREATE Conference when placing reservations.

Cancellation Policy:

Any registration cancellation must be received at least 8 business days before event in order for a full conference fee refund to be issued (full refunds do not include service fees. Service fees are nonrefundable).Registration cancellations received 1-7 business days before an event, a refund, minus $50 for each participant, will be issued. Persons who are registered, but not in attendance on the day of the session ("no call, no show") will be charged the full registration fee. CESA 6 reserves the right to cancel any session due to insufficient enrollment. Participants will be notified by email if a cancellation occurs.
