It is the experience of school districts across the nation that the role of the district administrative team is vital to the successful implementation of the PLC model.

The Administrative Leadership Team Series, facilitated by CESA 10 PLC Trainters will:
*Provide district teams five (5) half days of training that will allow administrators to build their knowledge and understanding of the PLC framework. The optional afternoon session will provide teams with the opportunity to complete activites recommended in the text. Onsite technical assistance will be available.
*Will be based on work of Richard DuFour and colleagues utilizing the text "Learning by Doing, 2nd Edition".
*Provide district teams with the resources to develop their own implementation plan.
The book, "Learning by Doing, 2nd Edition" is a required text and each participant is responsible for purchasing their own book.
 

Learning Outcome 1: Participants will gain knowledge and an understanding of the PLC framework.by reading the book "Learning by Doing, 2nd Edition" and completing assignments.

Learning Outcome 2: Working as teams, participants complete a PLC implementation plan.

Learning Outcome 3: Participate in activities and discussion to deepen participants understanding of the PLC model for continuous school improvement.
