Identifying Community Strengths: A Discussion with John McKnight
Tuesday, September 18, 2012
10:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
The House on the Rock Resort, 400 Springs Drive, Spring Green, WI 53588

Join us for a meaningful meeting with John McKnight, a long-standing researcher on community development from Northwestern University in Chicago.  He has long been a proponent of the importance of building on the strengths within our community - as opposed to the deficit model of looking at communities as a problem to be fixed.  To view John McKnight’s research and projects, please visit www.abcdinstitute.org. He is also the author of "Building Communities from the Inside Out.”
