Prepare to Schedule Workshops

This popular workshop is being offered twice, so choose the date that works best for you.  The workshop will cover creating the new scheduling year, setting up scheduling parameters, and bringing students into PowerScheduler.  The creation of course request pages and inputting the student course requests for next year will be covered.  Bring along student course requirements for each grade level so screens can be completed.  The workshop will lead into the Prepare to Build workshop or Schedule Load workshop.  Lunch will be provided. Users are asked to bring with them a notebook computer that they are able to log into from a remote location. Make sure you have a password to login if it is not your normal computer. A power supply and a mouse are also great to bring along.

Cost of the workshop is $400 per person/per day. There is a 50% discount for participants from a district with a CESA 5 Bronze Value Added contract and 75% discount for participants from a district with a CESA 5 Silver/Gold/Platinum Value Added contract.

A minimum enrollment is required for the workshop. CESA 5 reserves the right to cancel a workshop due to insufficient enrollment.

Cancellation Policy: Registered participants will receive a full refund if they cancel before 10 working days before an event, minus any material costs that have already been incurred. Because of our commitment to the trainer and the food vendor, participants who cancel less than 10 working days or do not attend, will be billed the full fee. CESA 5 reserves the right to cancel any event. Registered participants will be notified via email if a cancellation occurs and will receive a full refund. Inclement weather policy: Every effort will be made to hold an event. CESA 5 will notify participants via email as soon as possible if an event has been canceled due to weather conditions.
