“FACILITATING STUDENT SUCCESS” is an individually selected course of study offered by CESA #12 for 1, 2, or 3 graduate credits available through Viterbo University.

Earn credits by participating in CESA 12 Workshops.

 “FACILITATING STUDENT SUCCESS” is an individually selected course of study offered by CESA #12 for 1, 2, or 3 graduate credits available through Viterbo University.

To earn credit for this course, simply
1. Choose 2 days of approved workshops (to find workshops approved for Viterbo credit download the CESA 12 Catalog found on our website and search workshop descriptions)
2. Register for the workshops on the CESA 12 myquickreg.com (access from CESA 12 website)
3. Register for Viterbo credit using registration forms included in class packets available upon request at the workshop
4. Complete the following
• 2 full days of workshop participation/credit
• 1 Reflection Sheet (packet sheet A)/credit
• 1 Implementation Plan (packet sheet B)/credit
• Read 2 (1 credit), 3 (2 credits) or 4 (3 credits) of the readings listed in course description
• 1 self evaluation rubric/class
• Submit all completed materials by June 21, 2013, including registration form, check(s) payable to Viterbo University (may be held until end of year) to:

Cancellation Policy:

Any registration cancellation must be received by the registration deadline date stated on the event for a refund to be issued. Persons registering and not in attendance on the day of the session will be charged the full registration fee (substitutions are accepted). CESA 12 reserves the right to cancel any session due to insufficient enrollment. Participants will be notified by email or phone if a cancellation occurs.

Weather conditions:

If a workshop has been canceled due to weather conditions, every effort will be made to reschedule the workshop. Participants will be notified via email through myQuickReg.com if a cancellation occurs. Please make sure all your contact information is correct on myQuickReg.com
