If your school scored poorly on the BOQ in this area, or if you are looking for ways to improve the classroom management skills of your teaching staff, this workshop should help to get you started.  The workshop will cover administrative issues, designing sound professional development models, and share teaching modules that cover the basic classroom management components listed on the Benchmarks of Quality.    This workshop is designed for principals, internal and external coaches, teacher coaches, and masterful teachers that may be playing a role in providing staff development to teachers in the area of classroom management.
