PBIS Administrator Overview & Coach Networking X

At the Administrative Overview session, district and building administrators will learn the why, what, and how of bringing PBIS to your school. They’ll leave the session with an understanding of the PBIS model and the next steps for implementation.

The overview is intended for district leaders, building principals and potential district/regional and building based coaches to gain insight into the commitments necessary for implementation of School-wide Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports, a proactive systems approach for creating and maintaining safe and effective learning environments in schools and ensuring that all students have the social/emotional skills needed to ensure their success at school and beyond. This workshop will describe the rationale, model and provide an explanation of the implementation of all three tiers of SW-PBIS and the steps for getting started

Audience: District Administrators, PK-12 Building Administrators and potential site coaches.

 

This workshop will be free of charge.

Coach Networking to begin at 1:00 p.m.

Participant Cancellation Policy: You must contact CESA #3 at least one week prior to the scheduled event to cancel and receive a full refund of your registration fee. Cancellations not received at least one week prior to the registered event will be charged the full registration fee. CESA #3 reserves the right to cancel any workshop due to insufficient enrollment. Participants will be notified by e-mail or phone if a workshop is cancelled. If a participant is a 'no show' the school will be billed for the registration fee, or loss of the 'free' attendance slot.
