Portage County Interagency Agreement Meeting

PORTAGE COUNTY INTERAGENCY MEETING

You are invited to participate in thePortage County Interagency Agreement meeting to review the existing Interagency Agreement between Birth to Three, School Districts and Head Start to assure compliance with SPP Indicators 8 (Birth to Three) and 12 (LEAs) regarding early transitions. This meeting will be an opportunity to discuss changes to the LEA notification process.

                Stevens Point, WI

To clarify for those of you who work in more than one district, the following districts are included in the Portage County meeting:

Stevens Point
Almond Bancroft
Rosholt
Tomorrow River
 

If you are not able to attend (or if there is someone in your district who works more directly with early transitions) please designate someone to represent your district. Interagency Agreements must be reviewed annually.

Cancellation Policy: Registered participants will receive a full refund if they cancel before 10 working days before an event, minus any material costs that have already been incurred. Because of our commitment to the trainer and the food vendor, participants who cancel less than 10 working days or do not attend, will be billed the full fee. CESA 5 reserves the right to cancel any event. Registered participants will be notified via email if a cancellation occurs and will receive a full refund. Inclement weather policy: Every effort will be made to hold an event. CESA 5 will notify participants via email as soon as possible if an event has been canceled due to weather conditions.
