9:00am - 9:30am: Introductions and updates from the field. At our last meeting we decided to dedicate our time to learning some staff wellness activities and compassion fatigue.

9:30am - 11:30am: We will engage in mindfulness activities you can take back and introduce to your colleagues.

11:30am - noon: lunch

noon - 2:00pm: We will review the Compassion Resilience toolkit and experience some of the activities from the toolkit.

Learning Outcomes:

Learn easy easy-to-use mindfulness activities.
Become familiar with the Compassion Resilience Toolkit.
Learn from each other.
