Evaluators in the Effectiveness Project model of Educator Effectiveness will complete the second semester calibration/recertification in this workshop.

Learning Outcomes:

Complete calibration as a certified evaluator in the EP model.
Increase classroom observation data collection and feedback skills.

This workshop is offered exclusively to those districts in the Effectiveness Project (EP) Model of Educator Effectiveness including: Abbotsford, Bloomer, Colby, Granton, Greenwood, Ladysmith, Osseo-Fairchild, and Spencer.
