This series at CESA 10 is for school teams to learn about Joint Federal Notification data and develop an action plan that aligns to the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction's Continuous Improvement Process Rubric.

Each session has a different focus and is designed to teach and support best practices related to action planning for the coming year. As an additional note, this offering aligns with the process that DPI has outlined, if your district received a notification of a finding from DPI, relative to Joint Federal Notifications with ESSA and IDEA.

 

March 7th, 1pm - 3pm VIRTUAL - Understanding Joint Federal Notification Data (Optional)

March 15th, 1pm - 3pm VIRTUAL - Understanding the steps of the Continuous Improvement Process and Readiness

April 25th, 9am - 3pm IN PERSON TEAM - Deep Dive into Data Analysis,Needs Assessment & Root Cause Analysis

May 14th, 9am - 12pm VIRTUAL - Resources for Continuous Improvement

June 12th, 9am - 3pm IN PERSON TEAM - Deep Dive into Improvment Planning and Monitoring

 

Learning Outcomes:

 

  • Participants will learn how to use their various data sources to engage in a root cause analysis.
  • Participants will understand how to use Wisconsin DPI's CIP rubric to prioritize their action plans to improve student outcomes.
  • Participants will learn about CESA-based and statewide evidence-based resources to help address their action plans.
  • Participants will review their systems and resources and identify ways to enhance resource equity in their systems to improve student outcomes.

 

This workshop is open to all CESA 10 districts.
