Literacy Essentials for Teachers of Reading and Spelling

LETRS is an empowering professional development course of student for instructors of reading, spelling, and related language skills. It provides knowledge and tools that teachers can use with any good reading program.

You will gain:

Knowledge based on the most research regarding the best practices in literacy instruction

Methods of assessing student language skills to inform your instruction.

Insights on how to plan instruction focusing on word recognition and comprehension

Strategies for differentiating instruction to meet the needs of ALL learners

 

CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations must be faxed (920-492-5965) or e-mailed to the PERSON LISTED AS THE EVENT CONTACT five (5) working days prior to the date of the event unless other cancellation information is noted in the specific event.
