9:00-11:00: Webinar - Vision: School Strategies and Resources, Parts 1 & 2, presented by Kim Wiggins, OTR/L. These are 1 hour webinars available through OccupationalTherapy.com. If you have an OccupationalTherapy.com subscription and would like to receive CEUs for viewing the webinars, register for both prior to the meeting. You will be able to take the post-test in your own account.

11:00-11:30: Discussion and networking - If you have resources that you like to use for evaluation or treatment of visual perception, please bring them along to share.

11:30-12:15: Lunch

12:15-2:15: AAC Implementation Tips to Increase Authentic Participation, presented by Tessa Heckel, CESA 8 Assistive Technology/Augmentative and Alternative Communication Behavior/Autism Consultant, Lead Speech and Language Pathologist. Tessa will give us some practical advice on how to incorporate communication using AAC into treatment sessions and classroom activities for students who use AAC.

2:15-3:30: Discussion and networking - Please share examples of how you have incorporated AAC into functional activities. We will also discuss other topics and ideas, so bring along any questions/examples/treatment ideas that you would like to chat about.
