We would like to welcome all of you to the start of an exciting journey we are about to take together as we have identified our ten districts for the state assessment professional learning and coaching series for 2023-24. We are excited to be supporting you in this work this school year and have some initial information for you to get started with.

  • Here are the 10 districts engaging in this series:  
    • Ashland, Chequamegon, Drummond, Hayward, Hurley, Maple, Mercer, Solon Springs, Washburn, Winter
  • Here are the dates we have currently selected:
    • Classroom/End of Unit Assessments
      • 1/4 & 1/5
    • Project-based Assessments and Rubrics
      • 1/30 & 1/31
    • Performance Tasks
      • 2/21 & 3/20
    • Assessing Writing Across Grade Levels and Content Areas
      • 4/17, 4/18, and 4/19
    • Analyzing Data -Formative, Interim, and Summative
      • 5/6, 5/7, and 5/8

Cost: Funded through the Assessment & Accountability Project - $420 per person (cost recovery for meals for all 12 dates)

  • We would like to have each district's team selected and registered no later than December 15th. 
BEFORE REGISTERING FOR THIS WORKSHOP PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU HAVE YOUR DISTRICT'S APPROVAL TO ATTEND.

Cancellation Policy:

Any registration cancellation must be received by the registration deadline date stated on the event for a refund to be issued. Persons registering and not in attendance on the day of the session will be charged the full registration fee (substitutions are accepted). CESA 12 reserves the right to cancel any session due to insufficient enrollment. Participants will be notified by email or phone if a cancellation occurs.

Weather conditions:

If a workshop has been canceled due to weather conditions, every effort will be made to reschedule the workshop. Participants will be notified via email through myQuickReg.com if a cancellation occurs. Please make sure all your contact information is correct on myQuickReg.com

Other Helpful Hints: Room temperatures vary from one workshop location to another, so bring a jacket or sweater for maximum comfort.
