Danielson Framework Observer Certification & Recertification by Learning Services

Danielson Framework Observer Certification & Recertification training is for any new administrator or those needing recertification (certification is required every 4 years).

Topics:

• Understanding the structure of and themes within the Danielson (2013) Framework for Teaching (FfT)
• Using the Framework for Teaching to guide the collection and analysis of teacher practice evidence
• Using the teaching standards and critical attributes to plan and provide groth-focused, standards-based coaching and actionable feedback
• Mitigating the impact of bias
• Practice putting all components together in a collaborative observation

Disttricts can send a single administrator or team of administrators. All sessions will be interactive and collaborative as we investigate how to we use educator effectiveness to grow our teaching staff

 

CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations must be faxed (920-492-5965) or e-mailed to the PERSON LISTED AS THE EVENT CONTACT five (5) working days prior to the date of the event unless other cancellation information is noted in the specific event.
