Early Learning Continuous Improvement Networking Meeting

April 5, 2024

9:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Northwood Technical College-Ashland Campus

Join us for a special early literacy training and networking event with a statewide consultant & specialist. During this time, we will dive into several evidence-based early literacy practices that are vital for promoting a rich and joyful introduction to literacy for our youngest learners. Participants will leave with tips, strategies, and materials to use right away in their classroom or program. We welcome teams of regular and special educators to participate together to learn and plan to use new early literacy strategies that benefit all students. Come learn how early childhood educators can best support science-based early literacy instruction so that students have the best foundation for entering kindergarten. The information shared aligns with the science-based early reading instructional practices outlined in Wisconsin’s Act 20.
