Cyber Incident Preparation for K-12 Leadership: Day 2
The afternoon will start with a fireside chat, where we will be joined again by Tim Greve, Chief information Security Officer for Wisconsin Department of Instruction (DPI) and volunteer for the Wisconsin Cyber Response Team (CRT). Tim will be present to answer cybersecurity questions and follow up from Day 1 of the workshop held in August.
The remainder of our afternoon will be working through a tabletop exercise in district teams. We'll walk through stages of incident response, with the opportunity for district application of tools from August 2nd, as well as discussion with the group to develop cyber response agility.
The intended audience for this event is a district team. Your team may include: district leadership, Technology Leaders, Human Resources, Business Office and Managers, individuals responsible for communications, and Finance leaders.
This event is a collaborative opportunity between CESA 7 and 8.
