Wisconsin ASCD is proud to bring you an informational session on 2023 Wisconsin Act 20. This is the newly passed reading legislation concentrating on science-based reading instruction at the early elementary grades. Our guests from the Department of Public Instruction are knowledgeable of the law’s requirements and are also involved in the implementation process. They will outline Act 20’s requirements and provide information on how the DPI is supporting the roll out, sharing guidance along the way.
Guests include:
Laura Adams, WI DPI Policy Initiatives Advisor
Robyn Bindrich, WI DPI Literacy Consultant
Date & Time: September 13, 2023 @ 3pm-4pm
Cost: FREE
Location: Online*
*Note: The session will be recorded and shared with registrants who were unable to attend the live session.
